I've read through other threads that have similar issues. Service LED on the control board is rapidly flashing green and no display.

Swapped out display board first. Nothing changed. Then swapped out control board. Dishwasher worked for about 2 loads of dishes, then same issues; no display and flashing LED on control board.

Tested pins #2 and #5 on control board with a multimeter and it registers 13.48V. Could the replacement control board just be bad or could there be a separate problem?

Thanks in advance for any help!

On this model there was a revision change to the square control board WD21X25732

So on the square board the flashing light means that machine control board is working and the problem would be the UI Board.

Unfortunately, the tech data information did not get updated to tell you which pins to check on this newer square board for power to the UI Board, it still could be pins #2 and #5, but that is not confirmed on this square board.

Here's the UI Board for your model: WD21X23462 Kit Svc Ui Top Logic

Also, you might have a short in the door wire harness. Check the metal pins in that door wire harness to see if any are bent or backing out AT both ends where each connect to each board.
