GE Dishwasher GDP665SYNFS Not cleaning properly, soap residue left at end of cycle

HI there, Got a GE Top Control with Stainless Steel Interior Dishwasher with Sanitize Cycle & Dry Boost with Fan Assist from Costco about 5 months ago.
I've cleaned out the trap (degreased) and still having food particles still stuck on knives on top shelf and some other items.
I washed same load 4 times now. Last night i washed with all steam and high buttons on.

I think since there is still soap residue dripping from the open container for soap maybe it's opening late?

Help.

Since its still under warranty, you will need to contact GE at 1-800-432-2737 to come out and see what's going on.

Also make sure you run the hot water at the sink first, so the the first water fill isn't cold.

Other than that, you may have a defective wash motor which GE will replace for free under warranty.

Let us know what they find.
