Less than 1 year
Due to misloading, a pan handle was left vertical, and the mid spray arm assembly struck it. The entire conduit & spary arm assembly fell free. Unable to snap it back in place. How does it re-attach? No loose broken pieces to be found.

Hi,

Mid Spray Arm is twist lock to remove. Turn counter clockwise to remove.

So if its already OFF, then twist it clockwise back ON the MID CONDUIT.

Let us know.

Thanks for the reply, Jake, but the clockwise twist didn't help. I'll try to attach a couple of pictures of the conduit and the attaching point on the back wall of the dishwasher for clarification.

You posted the age of your dishwasher as less than 1 yr old, is that the case? If so, it still should be under warranty for 1 full year through GE.

Are you missing the middle lock piece on the middle spray arm?

Here's the photo of that middle lock ring on your middle spray arm that should lock into the MID CONDIUT

Here's the MID CONDUIT for your model:

In case that lock ring is broken off your middle spray arm, you can order the middle spray arm here:

But like I mentioned, if your GE dishwasher is still under warranty just contact GE to come out and they will order the parts and install them for no charge whatsoever.

Jake, I assumed physical damage wouldn't be covered by the warranty. I'll sure look into that.
Thanks again, really appreciated!

Just tell GE it broke off, you don't have to them how it broke off.:)

Update! Doublechecked our papers, and the warranty expired 07/08/2021. Coulda swore we did the extended thing, but no... Hindsight is always 20-20.

Ok, so are you going to need to order both parts or just one?

Is the lock ring in the middle spray arm broken?

Time for me to 'fess up. I had no idea how that arm attached, and with no pics online or good drawings... Well, my wife fixed it! On this model, the spray arm attaches to the bottom of the upper basket, NOT to the back of the unit. So it clips on the underside of the basket, and when the basket is pushed back, it seals itself against the back connection. Egg on my face, but bless her heart! I'm a very lucky guy! We canceled the order for the unneeded parts, so all is good. Thanks again for paddling through this misadventure with me!
