Hello,

My dishwasher seems to have lost all power on the control panel. I opened and checked and I have 120 volts coming to the machine. I also have a steady green light on the control module. I checked voltage on 2 and 5 pin but I am only getting 6-8 volts instead of the 14. Any thoughts?

I just saw your other post:

Your only getting 6-8 volts DC at the machine control board Pins 2 and 5? If so, then your machine control board is the culprit.

--->Here's the machine control board for your model: WD21X24901 Machine Control

Thanks Jake. Have you seen this before where you only get 6-8 volts? Could I be doing something wrong? Is it usually 13-14 volts or nothing?

Yes, I've see that before and the new machine control board fixed it.:)

Make sure your meter probes are making good contact with those Pins. Yes, normal would be 13.5 to 14 volts DC.

If your meter probes seem to big, use this trick:
