GDT655SSJ0SS I have no power on the user interface. I have solid light on the control board. I have 14 VDC on the number 2 and 5 pins. I replaced the user interface but now I have a flashing light on the main control board and still nothing on the user interface. Any ideas?

Did you set the personality jumpers on the NEW UI Board before you installed it? If not, that's the reason its not working.

It should of come with the jumpers and the instruction sheet to show you how to set the jumpers.

I set jumpers as referenced on the sheet that came with the interface

Then you got a faulty UI Board if you have 14 volts DC to it and its not coming on at all and the jumpers are set properly.

Contact the place you got it from and let them know, and they should be able to send another new one free of charge.

Also check your door wire harness to make sure that's not broken too.

Jake installed new UI set jumpers a per instructions and turned on the breaker. Had no lights on the user interface. I held in the start and cycle buttons for a few seconds and got chime and lights with I believe 817 on the display. Nothing works and now the panel lock light is on? Have I done something wrong?

Take a photo of how you have the jumpers installed on the new UI Board, I need to see if you have it right.
