1) NORMAL SETTING HEAT BUTTON SANITATION SELCECTED

2) RUNS THROUGH ALL CYCLES AND TUB DRAINS AS NEEDED

3) DISHES STILL SOAKING WET

4) VENT FAN IN DOOR REPLACED STILL NOT DRYING

5) WD21X24901 BOARD LED LIGHT IS SOILD GREEN ON LIKE ITS SUPPSE TO BE .

6) CONTROL BOARD ALL LIGHTS AND BUTTON LIGHTS WORK.

7) THE HEATING ELEMENT HAS BEE CHANGED AS WELL .

8) I HAVE ALSO UNPLUGGED FOR AN HOUR FOR RESET AND STILL DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFRENCE.

WONDERING WHY THIS WASHER WILL NOT DRY THE DISHES ????

CAN ANY STEER ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION ?

Hi,

Disconnect power to the dishwasher first!

--->The TCO is located on the right side of the tub, approximately 16 inches from the front of the tub.

The TCO is in a series circuit with the Calrod Heater, if that TCO is bad(open) it will never heat.

TCO=Thermal Cut Off

Here's the TCO for your model:
Wire Harness WD21X24096


Its the SILVER METAL part integrated into that wire harness. Its currently in-stock here: WD21X24096

If you see a button on the TCO push it to RESET it, then see if it heats like @Ray-P did.

Ok, that was the ticket........... hoorah I can't believe they have to hide that switch under the tub. Thanks a ton Jake .
