Hello! I am having a hard time diagnosing the trouble with my dishwasher. I was getting the H20 error code, so I did the following:
1. Checked all hoses - no kinks or blockages
2. Checked hot water pressure - very good flow, no issues
3. Replaced water inlet valve - old one was not dirty or clogged, but replaced anyway

After installing the new water valve, the dishwasher ran fine for one cycle with no errors.
Tried to run the dishwasher again and I immediately got the h20 error code again. So, I unplugged the dishwasher in hopes it would reset and now I get the H20 error code again and again.
I am having a hard time determining if my model has a flood switch or not - extremely hard finding the right parts online.

Also, I tried to get into service mode, but it only lights up all lights on the user controls, blinks several times, then shows a 0 on the display and the locked button is lit up. Frustrated!

Can you help me figure out what else I need to troubleshoot and or replace before I spend a fortune on a service call?
Thank you in advance!!

I located a service bulletin on this issue.

I'm attaching it below.

So I unplugged it and "reset" it again and it seemed like it was going to run. I set it up on a "normal" cycle for 128 minutes. Water filled, seemed like it was going through the correct motions...got to about 1 hour left and shut off, so I don't think it completed the cycle, except the dished were clean and wet. The finished light (white near the handle) was not on and neither was the "clean" light.
I am thinking all signs point to replacing the control board.
Also looks like my serial number does not fall within that service bulletin...although I may be wrong.

I am finding the following: Part WD21X25699 has been superseded to Part WD21X25992.
Is WD21X25992 what I need to buy?

Changing the control board did the trick - running the dishwasher right now with no H2O errors.
Installation was a piece of cake - didn't even need to move the dishwasher for the swap out.
Thanks so much, Jake! Really appreciate your help!
