GE Dishwasher GDT695SMJ0ES does not start running when I close the door....it just gives me 3 beeps

Our dishwasher, model GDT695SMJ0ES does not start running when I close the door....it just gives me 3 beeps. The lights on the top panel come on and everything seems to work as normal until I close the door and it beeps at me. I pulled out the main control board on the bottom as was suggested in other threads, and when I plugged the dishwasher back in, the LED light is STEADY ON. Does that mean I need to replace the main control board on the bottom?
