Tried to start dryer in Timed mode, motor and igniter come on but no gas. No voltage at main coil. I've replaced the selector switch, control inlet, gas valve solenoids, and flame detector. The ignitor was replaced a year ago and is working fine. Tried to start in Cotton and Easy Care modes, gas comes on and works fine. The old timer was model #TMD16M10, the new one (which I ordered from APP) is model #TMD14M04, and has an extra terminal that the old one does not. The extra terminal on the new timer is next to T terminal, I think it is labeled K. I'm getting voltage at safety and booster coil and none at Main coil when in Timed dry mode.

We go by part numbers for parts, not the numbers stamped on the part, because those are production numbers and they can change as the years go by,

What is the part number of the timer you ordered from AppliancePartsPros say on the package it came in?

This is what they list for Dryer Model Number DRSR483GG7WW:

Ok Good,

I don't have the wiring diagram for your model, do you have it? If so upload it here so we can see which wires go to the main gas coil.

It sounds you possibly have a break in that wire/wires.

Thanks Big Buck.
The gas does come on and dryer works fine when I select Cotton or Easy Care mode.
Thought maybe the extra tab on the new timer might have to do with it?
People still can use the dryer, just not in Timer mode.

Got it!

I don't know anything about that extra tab on the new timer, sorry.
