We have a GE range that the oven just started not heating to temperature. After 30min it will only reach 140f. I turned the broil on and nothing happens. The model number is JB755EJ3ES. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I found a control board for our oven. When I started to replace it I found this wire melted to the board. Would would suggest replacing the wiring harness?

We tried to order another oven and did not have any luck!

Just cut the burnt portion of that wire off and go your local hardware store and get a FEMALE terminal electrical connector and that will do it.

I use my wire stripping tool:
Wire Stripper

Cut the burnt wire off and strip the wire insulation back a little and put a new FEMALE spade connector on it, and crimp it down tight and push the new FEMALE spade connector into the new MALE spade on the same exact terminal on the new control board.

Any hardware store has FEMALE spade connectors.
