I am uncertain of the model number of my refrigerator but it has the second generation electronic icemaker with the feeler arm as seen in the attached service guide. I am running into an issue where after every harvest I have to manually disengage the feeler arm to produce more ice. I haven't attempted to remove the unit and repair anything myself yet, because I wanted to see if anyone has run into this before where the feeler arm gets stuck in the off position. The spring is still engaged as once it is in the out/on position I can push it in and it returns/springs back to the on position. It only gets stuck after an actual harvest for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I don't believe there are any repair parts for the ice maker itself.....so if it is broken inside a new one would be needed.

Refrigerator icemaker kit

*I* have not seen one get stuck like you described.
