GE Fridge PYE22PSHFSS leak detected warning with new filters

SO i replaced the water filter and I keep getting a leak detected message. Did the service code thing and these codes come up.
103- Condenser fan feedback missing when fan is running.
510 - Check hot water at TEP switch wiring.
802 - Board not detecting filter tag check filter.

Did the reset thing. Water runs for a little while but than message comes back. Is this a control board issue? Do i need to replace the board in door or main board? Any one run into this issue?
 
Are you using the OEM water filter?

The OEM water filter will have the RFID chip in it.:)
