GE Front Load Washer is dispensing Softener during WASH cycle and not rinse cycle

We add softener to the softener slot, and the machine is dispensing the softener with the Wash cycle - the bin is NOT overfilled either, as it does not immediately dispense. Only when water is first filling the tub.

Hi, I don't have the service manual for this model, hopefully another tech can shed some light on this.

Other than that, Its best to contact GE at 1-800-432-2737 to have GE come out and see, especially since its still under the 1 year warranty.
