Dishwasher randomly gives a 3 tone beep when machine is not in use. Issue was happening for over a year and cutting power to reset
the machine seemed to resolve the issue temporarily but recently problem got worse and daily resets became necessary. Last week the unit
lost power completely. The lower control board green light was flashing green. All power connections looked good. I replaced the lower control board with WD21X32158.

The unit is working again but beeps came back within 24 hours of the repair.

What is causing these beeps, do they have anything to do with the control board failure and how do I stop them?

Is this unit extremely sensitive to power fluctuations?

Yes, anytime you get random beeps when the dishwasher is not in use, its ALWAYS the UI Board that is the culprit.
