GE GDF620HMJ2ES- try’s to start cycle then makes a noise and doesn’t ever run

The dishwasher GDF620HMJ2ES wasn’t draining so I got a new drain pump and did the replacement however now when you try to start the cycle it acts like it’s going to start and then doesn’t and it keeps doing that over and over until you open the door or cut the power to it. I also replaced the main board on it about 2 years ago.
