FIXED GE GDT695SSJ0SS dishwasher Won’t start, controls work but get 3 beeps and flashing orange light and start light

I have the above referenced dishwasher. It won’t start. I press the start button and after a few seconds I get 3 beeps and the front indicator light flasher orange 3 times while the start light flashes 3 times as well. From reading the forum, I suspected a faulty door switch. I pulled the dishwasher out and disconnected the plug on the door switch.

I read that the bottom pin (red and tan I think) should have continuity with both of the other pins. That checks out good with the door closed. From everything I read, if the door switch is not the problem then it is the control board. Is that correct or have I missed anything else? I have already had to replace the human interface board on the top of the door but that was about 2 years ago.

Ordered and replaced the machine control board. Problem resolved! Was not a difficult job. Thank you much for your help and quick response to my question.
