GE glass top Profile cooktop totally dead after power outage restart

This is a 36" GE Profile glass cooktop. It is about 7 years old. Today the electric was shut off by electric company to install new poles. Upon restart of electric, all appliances in house are working fine except for this cooktop. No lights on at all. The breakers were checked and giving proper voltage output. Any ideas or is it time to shop for new one?
