Hi, hope all is well. My GE fridge/freezer is not cooling properly, ice cream is turning into milkshakes and vegetables going bad incredibly fast. Freezer hovers between 23-34f degrees, and fridge side stays between 42-50f degrees. I bought a multimeter and tested most of the common problems with no luck.
I'm hoping someone can give me an idea of what i'm missing. Ill post the results of my tests below.
Thanks.
What i have done:
-Cleaned condenser coils
-Condenser fan is running
-Compressor feels warm and i can feel vibration.
-I can hear the fans inside turn on/off when opening and closing fridge/freezer
-Voltage coming into the control board is 122v (orange pin/first pin on blue connector)
-Evaporator coils have some ice, but i'm not sure if its enough to cause alarm.

J1 Thermistor Pins on control board:
**Tested when directly connected to control board**
FF #1 - 5.71 blue/red stripe
FF #2 - 6.01 yellow
Freezer #1 - 8.36 - red/white
Freezer #2 - 8.68 Freezer blue/white
example:

**Tested with harness unplugged from control board**
FF #1 8.65 blue/red stripe
FF #2 9.55 yellow
Freezer #1 17.15 red/white
Freezer #2 16.52 blue/white
example:

Is it normal for the thermistors to test differently when the harness is plugged/unplugged from the control board?
J2 Pins on control board:
P3/P8 Fan motors +12v (White/double red) 13.70v
P3/P4 Evap fan motor (white/) 13.66v
P3/P5 Condenser fan motor (white/yellow) 12.07v
