MODEL GTW330ASK3WW wash cycle starts with 2 squirts, then fills, agitates, then stops, no drain of wash water; does not enter rinse cycle. Machine will work fine when put into Drain & spin mode. LED on back of control board flashing normally until machine shuts down after wash. Lid lock, speed sensor, mode shifter replaced. performed all field tests. Cold water solenoid warm to touch after fill, hot solenoid at room temp. Inspected board for burnt looking components. removed & replaced all plugs to check contact. stumped.

Added complete model number

Your missing a digit between the "K" and "W" we need that first.

Read it from the model number tag, which should be located under the lid.

sorry I tried to delete post to correct that oversight; the model is GE GTW330ASK3WW btw i cleared codes, then ran the machine rechecked codes but none reported; all leds flashing- pressed start button more than one time; same result. rechecked mode shifter =5.7ohms this is the second new mode shifer instralled. somthing caused the original , and the first replacement to burn out mode shifter; this one seems to work so far. tried to check motor voltage with machine plugged in and machine on following field service instruction.
THANKS

also blowing into and sucking on pressure tube has no obstruction easy to blow and suck. I have been looking at videos and doing reseach to try to pinpoint problem spending many hours; also I have substituted a new control board with no change in behavior....

this may give you a clue; washer sitting overnight unplugged, plug in open/close lid 6x start on empty small load; machine fills then starts to agitate; press pause, add soap and small amount of clothes, it then agitates for a while - normal amout of time I think, then toward end of agitate time some sprays of water, then agitate pattern changes to move stop, moves stop several times, resumes normal agitate, then stops at what seems to be end of wash cycle, then machine shuts down. I let it sit a while, then move selector to drain spin, and that works. remove clothes after sitting a few mins . restart machine with small load selected, wait until agittion starts, add preveiously spun clothes with no soap to wash in water only; same behavior except this time, move selector to drain spin; pump works fine stops then on second start of pump, stops after 5 seconds no spin. hope that gives you more info for diagnosis.

Cold water solenoid warm to touch after fill, hot solenoid at room temp.
That's very odd, how about the HOT water inlet valve solenoid?

Is good water pressure coming into the machine from both HOT and COLD? Did you clean the water inlet valve filter screens?

That sounds like possibly a control board issue: Tl Washer 2017 RX210 Le Triac Board WH22X35497

Also check the tub pressure chamber port flash.
Here's that service bulletin on it, in post #2 here:

hot solinoid feels room temp after filling using colors temp selecton, only top & side of cold feels warm; I have checked screens several times cannot see any obstruction water pressure at spigots is very good, comes out full strength into bucket, same with hoses; I have a spare set of hoses I can switch out but field test for filling levels looks correct for small med & large water levels

I purchased this second hand and course it worked perfect for the whole warranty period; troubles started about a week after; fyi the contol board number ends in 003; I belive this is the correct control board.

thanks I checked that on thier website with the compatability checker and it said not compatabale; but I looked up the correct one. The led on the back of my board is blinking until shut down; does that indicate the board is good?

I will re check the tub pressure flash; although when I blow and suck thru the tube at the control board air moves freely.

GE's official parts website said it is correct: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WH22X35497

That I don't know, I rarely work on these newer GE models.

Hopefully another tech can shed some light on that.
