This first happened after washing a comforter and apparently it went out of balance. I set it on Drain and Spin, but it would not spin. Currently, while totally empty, the agitator will agitate slowly, but tub does not spin at all. It keeps trying to "rebalance", but eventually, it shuts off. It drains fine. The belt is also fine.
I can manually spin the agitator in both directions and the tub does not turn with it. I can manually spin the tub in both directions. Shouldn't the tub spin with the agitator?
Any help is appreciated.
