Hi,
Our GE slide-in electric range JSP47SH1SS started beeping once every couple of minutes both when in use and not in use. Over the course of about two weeks the rate of beeping slowly increased to a point that the control pad was useless (could not use the oven or timer) and the beeping was incessant. We threw the circuit breaker and just turned the stove on to use the burners. I replaced the oven control board and thought the matter was solved for about 10 minutes until the beeping slowly started again. First one beep every couple of minutes and now a week later we are back to about 50 beeps per minute regardless if the oven or burners are being used or not. The oven may be running a little hot, but nothing drastic. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi,

When this beeping problem happens it's usually a short in the keypanel.

Here's the keypanel for your model:
