The lights on my touchpad controller very dim. You can hardly see them. The oven works fine but it is hard to set because I cannot see the buttons. We have tried resetting but that did not work. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I looked through your owners manual and didn't see any options to control the lights on your touchpad, so its possibly a problem in your touchpad assembly.

I couldn't locate the service manual for this model to shows you the steps to replace it, so you may need to contact GE to come out if not able to replace it.

Usually you will see screws around the bottom/sides/top of the control panel that you unscrew and the control panel assembly pulls out so you can replace it.

Make sure you disconnect power to the machine first!
