GE Model GDF520PGJ6WW - No Power. Control board Flashing Too Fast to Count

My son has a GE GDF520PGJ6WW dishwasher. The green light on the control board flashes too fast to count but I'm guessing it's blinking 7+ times second. I've read in other posts that I'll need to check voltage on this board. I have seen that I'd be looking for 13.5v for these connectors.
With this dishwasher, should I be checking this on the control board at the same points referred to previously - at J722 pins 2 and 5 and also at pins 1 and 2 on UI?
I don't see this dishwasher referred to previously but am hoping tat it is similar to others covered.

Hi David,

Per your model number, yours uses the square board: WD21X25732

So on the square board the flashing light means that machine control board is working and the problem would be the UI Board.

On this model the service manual does not say which pins power the UI Board.

When you click the UI Board part link you will see a video of how to replace it.

"NOTE--->When replacing UI control boards, the new UI Board MUST be configured as per the instructions included with the replacement. If the personality is not set by using the 4 jumpers, the buttons, LED’s or cycles will not function properly".
