Turns on and here compressor start and run but not cold and no heat at exhaust. Have it turned to 61 F.

That's usually a sealed system issue.

Check your owners manual warranty to see if the sealed system is covered by a extended limited warranty.

I picked this up from a guy that was cleaning out his garage and he said it worked last time he used it.im guessing at some point, it was laid down
