Hi Everyone,
I need some help figuring what wrong with my GE profile Arctica side by side. Freezer is still working fine but fridge is warm. Also, the temperature control panel does not stay on unless I press it. You can hear the motor running but fridge is warm.

Thank you

You hear the freezer(evaporator) fan motor running inside the freezer?

Do you notice frost build up on the back panel inside the freezer? Take some food items out of the freezer and look/feel the back panel for frost build up on it.

Also, the temperature control panel does not stay on unless I press it.
That's either a bad temperature control display board or bad motherboard. If you have a multimeter you can check voltage to it from the motherboard.

In post #2 here I explain how to do that:

Here's the temperature control display board for your model:

Here's the motherboard for your model:

Frost on items in the freezer usually means you have a air leak coming in. Check your door gaskets and ice dispenser flapper door that lets the ice come out the dispenser.

Also check the refrigerator evaporator(custom cool) and fan motor.

Here's our main thread on this issue, Rick explains how to test each fan motor, very detailed:

Also look at this post:

Look at my post#2 here: PSC25MSWASS Temp To Warm, Wont Cool

See if that fan is running in my post where I explain about it, your model uses that exact same fan assembly as in post#2.

Here it is:
GE WR17X13035 Qc Fan & Harness Asm

Also see if your refrigerator evaporator coil has a ice ball on it, there is a ice ball kit to resolve that problem if so.
