We just moved into a house that has a GE Profile P2S975SEM1SS that makes a loud buzzing noise during preheat and cool down. We have to open the oven door during cool down in order for the buzz to stop. It is not a high-pitched buzz and it still cooks normal as far as we can tell.

There is a visible fan at the back of the oven that I have not actually seen in use.

Any recommendations would be a huge help. Thanks!

You have a convection fan in the back of the oven in the center and two cooling fans in the back at the top. Can you pinpoint the sound?

Hi Rick, thanks for the reply. It does sound like it's coming from the back at the top. It's difficult to tell if it's back left or back right, but I can take a closer listen next time it's in use. This video was taken a few minutes into cool down.
