Hello,
I noticed that once in a while (every 2 days) there is water pooling on the floor at the front of the fridge. I opened the bottom mount freezer and noticed that the freezer floor was frozen solid with about a half inch of ice. I broke all of the ice and removed it.
I then noticed that at the top of the freezer and on the back wall, there are water drops forming, which to me look like condensation but could be a leak? I'm thinking that those water drops are making their way onto the floor. Has anyone experienced this before, any ideas how it could be fixed?
Freezer temp is set at 0 degrees.
Thanks,
josdesl

Issue RESOLVED. Emptied out the appliance, unplugged it and let all of the ice thaw overnight.
Removed the back panel in bottom mount freezer and noticed that the drain line was not draining properly when placing water into it with turkey baster.
Accessed back of fridge and noticed drain line was completed clogged with debris, not exactly sure what, some type of sludge. Cleaning it out allows water to drain freely out of the drain line now! :p
