GE Profile pts25sbmarbs -- refrigerator warm

More than 10 years
Freezer is running fine, refrigerator is warm. I replaced the defrost heater several months ago and all was working well but now warm again. Water drips into the refrigerator from vents. I defrosted for 12 hours and everything is working well again, but I don't want to do this every few months. Ideas?
