GE PROFILE PGB995DET1WW double oven -Top oven stopped working. Replaced the igniter glow bar - WB13X25263 because the old one was broken, but the new igniter does not get hot or glow at all. Resistance measured at 108 ohms, but the wires that plug into the igniter are only getting 12 volts when the thermostat is turned on at any temperature. With the thermostat turned off, it reads 3 volts. The valve control assembly has continuity WB21K10160
Upper and lower terminals. I plugged the igniter into the lower oven and it immediately turned red, so it works. Would a bad thermostat WB20K10036 cause this problem? Or the small thermostat switch WB24K10090? Please help?

Okay, I just got the new thermostat in, but now I’m not getting hardly any voltage to the new thermostat. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the part you need:

Is there any test I can run to make sure this is the part I need? Test a relay?
Thanks

Look on the back of the board and most of the connectors are labeled. Locate the BAKE terminal and a Neutral connector/wire. Set the oven to bake and check for 120 VAC. This is supply voltage for the bake igniter.
