I have a GE Profile 48" side by side refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator is working fine, holding assigned temp of 37F + or - a couple of degrees. The Freezer is not cooling properly. Currently holding 27F when assigned 0F. The freezer temperature has fluctuated from about 5F to 28F, but never holds anywhere around 0F. We have replaced the thermistor and the circuit board so far with no results. Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't worked on this model, hopefully a GE Tech that has, can shed some light on this issue for you.

Other than that, its best to have a Authorized GE tech come out at 1-800-432-2737.
