The left front burner on our stove will randomly turn off while cooking. Example: last night I started boiling some potatoes. Turned the burner on and I saw it turn red and it started heating the potatoes. I came back into the kitchen to check on them and the pot was not hot and neither was the burner. If I turn the burner up or down, it will resume heating. A little while later during dinner prep, I noticed that the boiling water was no longer boiling. I adjusted the knob and the heat resumed. All of the other burners and the stove are working fine. Any troubleshooting suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Ok, then problem is the left front burner switch itself.

Here's the left front burner switch for your model:

This video below gives you the general idea of how to replace it:

Jake,

Again thank you so much for the part information and video. The only challenge I ran into when I replace the switched exactly as the OEM was, it was upside down (off was at the bottom). Once I rotated it 180 degrees, all was right in the world.

Thank you!!
