Hello Everyone - My GE CYE23TSDCSS refrigerator is not working properly. First i noticed that the contents in the bottom drawer were frozen and the freezer was working fine also the fresh food area was not cooling. Did some research and replaced the evaporator fan today with part WR60X26866. Put everything back together, turned the power on and now it seems like nothing is cooling or working only the interior lights, shut the power off again and let everything sit for 10 min and turned the power back on to the same results.

Is there a factory reset, or a way to get diagnostic codes from this unit? Any ideas would be very helpful

Sounds like you got a defective fresh food evaporator if everything was working good except for that, where did you get it from?

I replaced one locally back in April 2021 in Parker, Arizona and it fixed it with everything else working perfect too.
