This frig is not cooling I can hear and feel the fan working in the fresh food and freezer I feel the compressor is running but the low side is not cold to the touch I found the condenser fan not working I have noticed the main control board has a blinking green light Blinking 6 times consistently Is this an error code? and what does it mean Also I can't find the wiring diagram on this model If someone can send me one That would great

Another person had that blinking light too:
