I am having issues with my ice maker making ice consistently. I have replaced the blower fan in the freezer compartment. I have also turned down the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer to 36 and -3. Both are cooling properly confirmed with a thermometor. When I place a thermometer in the ice bin section the temperature fluctuates between 15 and 30 degrees. The freezer blower fan blows when I hear the refrigerator running but doesn't blow when the compressor is not running.

Its best to replace BOTH the ICE MAKER BLOWER FAN MOTOR and the MOTHERBOARD.
