GE Refrigerator PYE23PSDCSS.... No water to ice maker

Hello,
My GE refrigerator, PYE23PSDCSS, has stopped making ice. The water dispenser in the door is working. It seems like the water supply to the Ice Maker is freezing up and not allowing water to fill the Ice Maker. I can hear the water valve open but no water flows to the ice maker. This has happened a couple times..... I have removed the ice make and "thawed" the water line opening to the ice make with a hair drier and it works for a week or so then stops filling again.

What could be causing this? The fact that the water dispenser is working is confusing to me.

Not that I'm aware of. Your tech sheet should be under a hinge cover or behind the lower grill.

Ok, the dual water inlet valve that Rick posted in post #2 should be in the door.
