GE Top Loading Washer Loud Squealing during spin cycle

What is causing it to make this noise? Also, how difficult of a repair would this be to do by myself versus how expensive would it cost to have a repairman do it?

What is causing it to make this noise?

Idler pulley, transmission, belt, snubber pad, tub bearing, basket trunion can make a noise like that....would have to be investigated.
You or someone will need to ID what/where the noise is coming from.
