GE Wall Dual Oven PVM9195DF1BB neither oven lights work.

Opened upper oven door to place food inside, realized light did not come on. Opened bottom oven and that light failed to come on as well. Closed both oven doors and tried OVEN LIGHT on touch pad. Lights did not come on. Checked Sabbath special feature and it is turned off. Will be PITA to pull light assemblies to check voltage at socket or change halogen bulbs. Because both seemly went out at same time, I suspect a common power lead or control board issue. Suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks in advance. Jim

Page 51 is the lighting troubleshooting section to check the oven door switch.

Page 53 are the pinouts for the clock oven control board--->CN600 is for the lights.

Light circuit CN600-5 BK to CN600-7 BR should be approx. 18 ohms. Make sure you disconnect power before ohm testing.
