Hello,
I have a double wall convection oven/microwave combo and the selector dial has stopped working. It clicks when it turns, so the dial isn't stripped. The rest of the oven works fine, the dial just doesn't do anything when spun or pressed. I believe the issue is either a control board or perhaps a dial encoder board but I cannot find information on parts for this specific model. Does anyone know what the compatible dial encoder board part is? I imagine that is all that needs replacing, not the entire control board.
