Hi our washer GE model GCVH6260FWW the drain I took out and with a 1 amp fuse tester the fuse blew. But before that it ran about 20 seconds but sounded rough and clunky and maybe not to fast. is it toast ? Error codes before were E23,,E30,,E31 .thanks
