Hi,

Might help....a copy:

18
Problem - Not draining
Possible causes - Check the washer drain for a clog. Check the drain hose for a kink or restriction. Unplug the washer and check the wire harness connection between the electronic control board and the drain pump. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If the drain pump doesn't run when activated, replace it.
Possible part - Drain pump

Sorry couldn't help more,

Yea unfortunately none of that seems to be the issue I'm having GE come out Friday but don't want to as they charge 109 just to show up

They would likely "just show up" for a lot less.....but when someone comes with experience with your product in a vehicle that often has parts for your product in it and has insurance on the vehicle and insurance on the service person as well as specalized tools, the cost goes up.

To me 109 is alot to have someone walk up to my door and not even have looked at the product yet is all I'm saying I get they need to charge a fee to survive but for my pocket book that's alot

Run a few loads and see what happens.

Drain hose pushed down too far into the stand pipe will cause issues....but poor or clogged draining issue

Thank for the update....so far.
