This year our GE washer, model GTW330ASK1WW, has been getting out of balance often on small loads. We have tried the bulky setting and the casual setting instead of white or colors but often it takes 2 or 3 times of readjusting the load before we can get it to finish regardless of which setting we use. We replaced the right and left assembly rods and also performed the software update module on it. Neither has fixed the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion on what else to replace before we buy a new washer ?
