washer GTW330ASK4WW

Their washer is making a weird sound.. I have never heard this sound and it only happens when the tub is full of water and clothes. It does not happen empty. I took off the agitator to see if I found anything stuck. I did not find anything. The spin cycle has no problems at all. I looked at the rods and could not see anything out of hte ordinary but it is hard to test with water and towels in it.

Here is a link to several videos and i can make the sounds by turning the agitator and going the other way.

If you have any knowledge on this please let me know. I have never seen this and do not know where to look. I tipped up the washer and did not see many parts at all that were not metal.

Here is a video of the issue. I tried to get as many as possible. It only happens in the wash cycle.

I have looked at a parts diagram and not sure what would make that sound.

Sounds like the rubber tub seal making that sound, it only comes with the transmission(aka Platform Bearing Retainer & Fasteners): Platform Bearing Retainer & Fasteners WH03X33729

Here's another member that had a different noise issue with their washer:
And you can see the new transmission fixed it.
