My GE washer GTWN4950L0WS is making clicking noise when not in use and also tub is staying engaged during agitation

Sounds like your main control board or motor/inverter is the culprit. Does the clicking noise come from the top console or the bottom where the motor is?

Also check the LED on the motor inverter board to see if its ON, OFF, or flashing. If there is no flashing LED on the motor inverter board, then the motor/inverter is bad.

I will try to pin point the noise it just does it randomly, also it was turning the whole tub during agitation
