Shawn has a good webpage that explains this issue: HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide

3 flashes - This is a software problem - Clear the code and if problem still exist replace the motor.

To clear the error code, turn the washer off. Then disconnect power for about 20 seconds. Next, reconnect power then open and close the lid five or more times within 12 seconds in the first 30 seconds of power-up.

Here's the motor/inverter for your model:

So that fixed it?

Then either your getting faulty motors or you have a short in your wiring, check all your wiring for breaks in it.

What resistance supposed to be for shifter?

Problem is fixed

Voltage from outlet was 115v
When I connect washer, voltage 95v
When I turn on wash cycle, voltage 85v

Connected washer to another circuit breaker, got 120v, everything works

Thank you

Shawn has a misprint in his website, the shifter should be about 66 ohms, not 98 ohms.

Excellent, glad to hear that.(y)

Thanks for the update!

Jake
