I have replaced the hose going to the load select switch. The old one was gunked up.

Does the connection on the tub get plugged up also? Is that connection open to the tub or is it a diaphragm?
I did blow through the tube to clear it, but I'm not sure it did the trick.

I'm hesitant to poke something through there if there is a rubber diaphragm.

Thanks in advance for any advice

That would be the 'air dome'. Yes they can get plugged up.

There shouldn't be any kind of diaphragm but how open it will be to the tub is questionable. It may be protected by a grate or small aperture making cleaning from the bottom difficult or impossible.

If you disconnect that air hose, make sure the tub is empty of water before reconnecting it or the water levels will be off.

Thank you so much for your response.
I don't know why I did not see this technique in my searching.

I am going to look at this before I buy a new machine.
All I have found is "Replace the hose" and "Replace the switch"

The hose was plugged and I replaced it.
The washer still overflows on high "Super" level.
