Sorry if this is duplicated, I see where I posted this question on another thread that was flagged as “FIXED”. II need to remove it, I can...

So let me throw this one at you. Replaced oven igniter a year ago. When the door is closed, it takes a little over a minute for the oven to ignite and when it does, it’s with a big WOOSH with all the gas in the oven built up. Enough to make the door open a little then shut. I took everything out so the gas tube and igniter was exposed. Like clockwork it works every time - igniter comes on for 13 seconds, gas flows, oven is gently lit in 10seconds. Thoughts?

Sorry, it’s me again. I have the problem isolated to the door being closed. Both, when I have the bottom burner and igniter exposed AND when I put the cover the bottom of the inside of the oven, it ignites like it should. Trying both ways again with the door closed results in the large ball of gas igniting and slightly blowing the door open. Any thoughts?
