My GE refrigerator leaks water in the floor, messing up my hardwood floors if I don't keep a towel under the fridge. The bottom freezer door won't close unless we pull everything out and remove the sheet of ice under freezer drawer. This has to be done at least once a month.

Water drips from somewhere and collects under the fresh food drawer, then it freezes and all items in drawer are frozen. Very top shelf in fridge does not get cold. Food will spoil on top shelf. I hate this refrigerator! It's hard to find a replacement because all of my kitchen items are slate colored.

Sounds like your drain tube is clogging up, its located behind the refrigerator, I'd take the drain tube off and check it for debris.

GE has had a issue with the Fresh Food fan motor not running and causing this issue. You can watch the video below to access it and see if its running or not. If not then that's the part you need.

I've replaced the same exact fan motor a couple years ago in Parker, Arizona and that fixed it for my customer, that was having this same problem.
