GE GFQ14ESSN0WW Front Load Washer/Condenser Dryer Combo , purchased in May 2021 is stuck on 1 minute during all drying cycles. When turned off/unplugged the door remains locked. When the plug is left unlocked for a hard reset it unlocks.I cleaned the filter already so that is not the issue.

Hi Taylor,

This is a newer GE design model I've not had any training or work experience in. Looks like its a 2.4 cu. ft. Capacity Front Load Washer/Condenser Dryer Combo. I couldn't locate the service manual either, sorry.

Hopefully another tech or member that's run into this problem can shed some light on this issue.

Other than you can Contact GE at 1-800-432-2737 to come out and see why this is happening.
