Washer cancels any cycle part way through as soon as it tries to spin fast.

In the field service mode spin test, it will spin slowly for about five seconds and then stop.

I installed a new GE inverter board and now it won’t spin at all. So I put the old inverter board back in, and it’s back to only spinning slowly and then cancelling any cycle or spin test.

Anyone else solved this issue? Any special instructions when putting in a new inverter?

Hi, I haven't worked or had training on this model, also I could not locate the service manual to assist you.

Hopefully another tech or member that's seen this problem and fixed it can shed some light on this issue.

Thank you for responding! Yeah, it’s relatively new model (2019). I haven’t been able to find a service manual for it online anywhere yet.

Excellent, glad to hear the new inverter board fixed it.(y)

Thanks for the update!

Here's the inverter board for your model, in case others need it too: Inverter Board WH22X35837

fixed! New inverter board installed, and everything is working again.
was the first inverter board defective? I have the same model and problem. I replaced the accelerometer and it worked for a cycle or two then did the same. Keeps throwing error codes for a lock motor, inverter board, and hall sensor. I thought it was a defective part, ordered another one, new one had an extra place for another plug and it didn't work. I installed the 1st replacement one and it worked once and then the same issue again.

I have the same issue. Was the part number Jake gave right for the inverter? When I click it doesn't go where it shows. What is the part number for the accelerometer? I saw a youtube video where the guy did the same test 14 and had the same issue but he said he was going to replace the accelerometer. I don't get error 70 though. Just 3,26,27,29,39.

Also I found this online.
