GHW9300PW4 won't empty water at end of cycle

GHW9300PW4 works perfectly without error codes and at end of complete cycle water remains. I cleaned the pump, checked for operation and it still won't empty the water at end of final spin.

Hi,

Ok, when it trys to drain put your hand on the water pump to feel if its humming/vibrating.

If it is and no water is draining, then its bad.

Thanks Jake for your response, the pump works and drains after cycle. When I return later the drum is filled with water and I drain and spin and the water is extracted.

Oh ok, I know what the problem is. Your water inlet valve is leaking water into your machine when its not in use, your water inlet valve solenoid is not closing all the way.

To make sure I'm correct turn both HOT and COLD water valves to the machine off and see if water still comes into the tub.

You will need a new water inlet valve.
